- I have more than one child, do I need a membership per child?
NO! You only need one license / membership per family.
- Can I test the product?
YES! We offer a money-back guarantee on our courses, you have 14 days to test it out. For RISE we grant you a free 30-day trial including access to the first month’s content including the video lessons, downloadable tasks & parent guides.
- I don’t have time to go through the course with my child – but how will I know what they are learning?
We provide a parent guide with each lesson including a summary, plus key tips and links to related content. The overview is shown on the COURSES page to at least give you an understanding of what is being taught.
- How does membership work – is there a minimum contract?
RISE membership is monthly and continuous for as long as you like – no minimum terms! You can cancel your membership easily in your profile or email to us.
- What age is this suitable for?
Our courses have been reviewed by mental health and education specialists. Our current products are recommended these for kids between the ages of 6 – 14 years, however, we are in the process of adapting our content for kids and young adults of all ages!
- Are the lessons available on tablet or mobile phone?
Our courses can be viewed on any device. You may watch online or download to your device (recommended).
